Our Mission:

The Transformation Center for Spirituality Education is a community-based nonprofit learning center dedicated to guiding individuals toward a deeper, more meaningful spiritual experience for all seekers. We welcome anyone on the journey of awakening to higher consciousness, personal growth, and service. We foster spiritual evolution through:

  • Spiritual Coaching that supports personal transformation and spiritual growth

  • Educational Programs that empower seekers with spiritual tools for mental health, aging, parenting, and personal transformation

  • Community Gatherings that nurture connections and inspire spiritual discussion

  • Day Retreats that offer renewal, tranquility, and spiritual clarity

My spiritual awakening began in 1980 when I was on a retreat in the Santa Cruz mountains in California. I was drowning in a sea of diapers and stuck in a loveless marriage with four young children. I began to consider the possibility of getting a divorce. The retreat center was a getaway on weekends for me where I contemplated making a decision to move forward with my life.

After a terrible night of struggle, the dark night of the soul, I woke up early and decided to take the trail outside my room to a mountaintop where I was told I could see the Pacific Ocean.

When I reached the top, the sun was rising and I experienced arms around me and was told that I was “deeply loved.” I felt one with the presence of the Source of life and all creation. It was a deep and intimate union, a mystical experience.

This relationship with Source turned my world upside down and has been with me for my entire life. I did get a divorce and spent the next years raising my four children as a single parent. When they left I decided to go to graduate school where I received my Master of Divinity degree in Transformational Spirituality.

I knew I had a destiny so I created a spirituality center in Marin California to help others open to a mystical experience which is available to everyone who seeks it..

Patty Fitzsimmons, MDiv.

Patty Fitzsimmons, MDiv. lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has a degree in English and Education with a Master of Divinity degree in Transformational Spirituality from Seattle University. Ms.Fitzsimmons has been a spiritual teacher and a transformation coach for over twenty years. She is an author and inspirational speaker, leading retreats and facilitating workshops focused on awakening and connection to the Divine. She is currently establishing a Transformation Center for Spirituality Education in Marin.
